When users double-click their local machine's disks, they're able to see the folders on their local machines.
When users Click on "Computer" they're able to see their local disk on their local machine. When asked where to save the file, the default option is to save it on the Citrix server but users don't have access to the file system on the Citrix server. We've been having complaints of users trying to export data - either Excel or raw files - when using NWBC through Citrix.
